Dear Brethern in faith ! As salamalykum,
The present "JAMA MASJID" was rebuilt in 1930's.
This Mosque has, since then, been reconstructed, expanded and repaired from time to time with locally available resources, techniques and materials.
NEED AND URGENCY OF THE RE-CONSTRUCTION:-
Now, the building is in the dilapidated conditions having flaws and cracks in the structure. The Brick Masonry has given way and the local available mixed mortar has become weak and has lost the binding power.Also,one of the Minaret's Foundation has also failed .In short, the whole structure is beyond economical repairs and therefore, the structure requires re-construction with new developed techniques and building materials; as also the expansion is required to accommodate the ever increasing demand of more space for the "Momineens".
PLANS AND ESTIMATE:-
Keeping in view the present requirements and also the future needs , a set of architectural and structural drawings has been prepared and detailed Estimate has been drafted with present day rates of items by competent Architect and Designer.
TOTAL ESTIMATED COST OF THE PROPOSED PROJECT :-
As referred in the detailed draft estimate that is attached herewith,the total cost of the Project as on date is Rs 1,35,00,000/-.
ORDER OF PRIORITY:-
i) Providing alternative place for the regular Prayers during the construction time.
ii) Processing of Tender and Contracts.
iii) Dismantling the existing structure and removal of Debris.
iv) Wuzu-khana and Sanitation along with the entrance block can be started simultaneously to save ultimate construction time.
v) And finally,the Construction of "JAMA MASJID" can be commenced.
FACILITIES:-
Building materials of different qualities are available such as Bricks,Sand,Stone Aggregates,Steel,Cement and Skilled and Semi-skilled labour.
Hallaur is located on a provincial all-weather road.
APPEAL:-
The Estimated cost of Rs 1,35,00,000/- would be required to complete the Project .
It is earnestly requested to sympathetically consider to participate in this Act of "SAWAB-e-JARIA" for the sake of Almighty ALLAH and to gain the favours of His Beloved Rasool (SAWA) and his Holy Ahle-Baith(A.S.).
Kindly look into the matter and allot the Funds as required for the Project at your earliest.
We are also trying to arrange whatever best we can within our resources.
PLEASE NOTE:- A separate JAMA MASJID Finance and Construction Committee of Prominent and Reliable people of HALLAUR is formed , which is Registered as
" Anjuman-e-Yadgaar-e-Hussaini ", to manage and to complete the proposed Project,under a competent ,qualified and experienced Civil Engineer.
And the said Anjuman is already managing all kinds of Religious Places and the Religious Activities of the area.
